As a proud sponsor of a state-registered Glazier Apprenticeship Program in Connecticut, we are committed to supporting the next generation of skilled tradespeople. Our program provides a structured pathway for individuals to gain the hands-on experience and technical knowledge necessary to excel in the glazing industry.
Through a combination of on-the-job training and self-lead online learning, apprentices learn the art and science of glazing—mastering the installation of glass in windows, doors, storefronts, and curtain walls for both commercial and residential projects. Work Based Learning
Our School-Based Work Program provides technical high school seniors with hands-on experience in a real-world work environment.
